Quotebyme: Rela berkorban adalah tindakan yang tanpa pamrih. Orang yang rela berkorban adalah mereka yang bekerja tanpa mengeluh untuk pemenuhan panggilan Allah. Seorang pemimpin yang baik adalah seseorang yang rela berkorban untuk bawahannya. Pemimpin yang rela berkorban akan dengan tulus memimpin bawahannya untuk bersama-sama memenuhi tujuan organisasi. Dengan kata lain, seorang pemimpin yang baik adalah mereka yang tidak pernah mengeluh dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pemimpin.
*Willing to sacrifice is a selfless act. People who are willing to sacrifice are those who work without complaining to the fulfillment of God’s call. A good leader is someone who is willing to sacrifice for his subordinates. Leaders who are sincerely willing to make sacrifices will lead their subordinates to work together to meet organizational goals. In other words, a good leader are those who have never complained in carrying out his duties as leader.
*Prêts à sacrifier est un acte désintéressé. Les gens qui sont prêts à sacrifier ceux qui travaillent sans se plaindre à la réalisation de l’appel de Dieu. Un bon leader est quelqu’un qui est prêt à se sacrifier pour ses subordonnés. Les dirigeants qui sont sincèrement disposés à faire des sacrifices mènera à leurs subordonnés de travailler ensemble pour atteindre les objectifs organisationnels. En d’autres termes, un bon leader sont ceux qui n’ont jamais plaint dans l’exercice de ses fonctions de chef de file.
*Disposti a sacrificare è un atto altruistico. Le persone che sono disposti a sacrificare sono coloro che lavorano senza lamentarsi per il compimento della chiamata di Dio. Un buon leader è qualcuno che è disposto a sacrificarsi per i suoi subordinati. I leader che sono sinceramente disposti a fare sacrifici porteranno i loro subordinati a lavorare insieme per raggiungere gli obiettivi organizzativi. In altre parole, un buon leader sono coloro che non hanno mai lamentato nell’esercizio delle sue funzioni di leader.
*Bereit zu opfern ist eine selbstlose Tat. Menschen, die bereit sind, Opfer sind diejenigen, die ohne zu klagen, um die Erfüllung von Gottes Ruf zu arbeiten. Ein guter Führer ist jemand, der bereit ist, für seine Untergebenen zu opfern. Führungskräfte, die aufrichtig sind bereit, Opfer zu bringen führen ihre Untergebenen, zusammenzuarbeiten, um Unternehmensziele zu erfüllen. In anderen Worten, ein guter Führer, die nie beschwert haben bei der Ausübung seiner Pflichten als Führer.
*Disposto a sacrifício é um ato altruísta. Pessoas que estão dispostos a sacrificar aqueles que trabalham sem reclamar para o cumprimento do chamado de Deus. Um bom líder é alguém que está disposto a sacrificar pelos seus subordinados. Os líderes que estão sinceramente dispostos a fazer sacrifícios levará seus subordinados a trabalhar em conjunto para atingir as metas organizacionais. Em outras palavras, um bom líder são aqueles que nunca se queixou no exercício das suas funções como líder.
